Harris Architects was the Architect of Record for this design/build project. Consisting of approximately 22,000 square feet of mixed-use space, the two-story facility provides first floor retail space and second-floor office space.

Located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Cleveland and East Eleventh Avenues, and part of a comprehensive redevelopment of the entire community, this facility was designed to blend in with the surrounding environment while becoming the signature facility for the Greater Linden Community.
